1. Before the pack line

Raise a cancel through Track & Support while the order is still queued. Approved cancels refund to the original prepaid rail or void the COD hold.

2. After the label prints

Once a shipment label exists, cancel is usually closed. You may refuse the parcel; return freight and any spoilage risk can reduce the refund.

3. COD discipline

Repeated unjustified COD refusals can pause COD on the lumen account until the desk re-enables it.

4. Refund tempo

Approved refunds start within 5–7 working days; UPI/bank settlement timing belongs to your provider.
