Seed foil is humidity-critical. Open a review within 36 hours of delivery so the lumen desk can inspect evidence while packs are still sealed.
1. Reviewable events
- SKU or pack size on the invoice does not match what arrived.
- Outer carton or foil shows crush / water ingress that makes sowing unsafe.
- Courier marks delivered but nothing reached the stated address.
2. Outside this charter
- Natural speckles, slight size spread inside the same grade, or packaging scuffs that leave foil intact.
- Missed delivery because the phone was unreachable or the PIN was wrong.
- Packets opened, mixed, or discarded before a ticket exists.
3. How to open a review
Use Track & Support with the order reference, a short narrative, and clear photos of the carton label plus affected packets. The desk aims to reply within two working days.
4. Outcomes
Approved reviews may resolve as a replacement (stock permitting), partial refund, or store credit — chosen to restore the sowing intent of your order.
