1. Service map

We dispatch HSN 1209 sowing seed packets across vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit-planting corridors to courier-served PIN codes across India. Unserviceable PINs surface at checkout before payment.

2. How packets travel

• Each variety ships in moisture-barrier foil designed for HSN 1209 sowing grade.
• Cartons carry variety marks and gentle-handling cues for sorting hubs.
• Peak heat corridors may receive additional cushioning; ice packs are used only when the lot requires it.

3. Glow timeline

Orders locked before 1:30 PM IST on working days usually leave the Mumbai desk within 24–48 hours. Festival surges can add one working day.

4. Fees

Prepaid baskets enjoy free standard shipping unless a remote surcharge is flagged. COD may include a handling fee shown before confirmation.

5. Delivery attempts

Partners typically attempt delivery twice. Persistent buyer unavailability may require paid re-dispatch for humidity-sensitive lots.
