1. Who you are contracting with

Completing checkout creates a binding order for the exact SKUs in your basket.

2. What a listing promises

• Variety name, corridor (vegetable / flower / forage / herb / spice / fruit-planting), and pack intent are part of the contract.
• Macro photographs show typical seed appearance; natural grain, colour, and count variation within a grade is expected.
• We may pause a SKU when a harvest window closes; substitute lots are never silently swapped without your consent.

3. Money & verification

• All prices display in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes, if any, appear in the checkout summary.
• UPI prepaid and Cash on Delivery (where serviceable) are accepted. Email verification is mandatory before an order locks.
• Any COD handling fee is visible before you confirm — there are no after-the-fact surcharges.

4. Order lock

Once payment is authorised or COD is accepted, an order reference is issued. Quote that reference for every lumen desk enquiry.

5. Limits of liability

We are not responsible for courier force majeure, extreme weather holds, or addresses entered incorrectly by the buyer. Seed packets are moisture-sensitive and cannot sit indefinitely at undeliverable hubs.

6. Governing law

Indian law applies. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from P. K TRADERS purchases.
